Returns & Refunds Policy

At Suzanne Code, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges for both online and in-store purchases.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase (for in-store) or delivery (for online orders) to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original, saleable condition.
  • All original packaging must be included (jewellery boxes, pouches, and certificates).
  • Watches must include the original warranty card and have the same number of links as at the time of purchase.
  • A valid sales receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions & Tiered Policy:

  • Purchases under AED 15,000: Eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Purchases of AED 15,000 or more: Eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not available for these high-value items.
  • Limited Edition/Collaborations: Certain exclusive pieces may be marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items.
  • Altered, resized, or engraved items.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us at info@suzannecode.com within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: For standard "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our Dubai boutique.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
  • In-Store Returns: Online purchases can be returned in person at the Suzanne Code boutique in Dubai Mall for free.

6. Refund Process

  • Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund. Please allow 7–14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
