Returns Policy

What products are eligible for returns?

Products are accepted for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:

• Merchandise under AED 50,00 will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
• Merchandise AED 50,00 or more will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above AED 50,000
• Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and pouches.
• Watches must be returned with the same number of links presented at purchase and accompanied by the warranty card
• Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase.
• Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.

How do I return an online purchase?

Contact us and one of our client advisors will assist you. You may also return your item at our Suzanne Code boutique in Dubai Mall. Please bring your original form of payment and sales receipt.

What will my refund look like?

For online purchases: Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder's account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only on www.suzannecode.com or at Suzanne Code boutiques, or through our client advisors.

What if I wanted an exchange instead?

You may do so by contacting us and one of our client advisors will assist you, or you may also exchange your item at our Suzanne Code boutique in Dubai Mall. Please bring your sales receipt along with your item for exchange
